Salesforce describes Marketing Cloud as a complete marketing platform designed to help personalize every moment of engagement across the customer lifecycle. It positions the next-generation version, Marketing Cloud Next, as its marketing solution for the agentic enterprise.

What Salesforce says it does

  • Agents: autonomous AI agents that act as always-on collaborators, generate segments in real time and adapt experiences to each person; a Campaign Agent generates content for each channel and builds campaigns from brand guidelines.
  • Two-way conversations: turning one-way campaigns into connected conversations across channels.
  • Personalization: real-time personalized content and conversations.
  • Content: building content once and using it everywhere; the page names the Contentful headless CMS in this role.

Data and integrations

Salesforce says the platform runs on Data 360, which it calls the number one CDP, and connects to Service Cloud and other Salesforce products out of the box. For non-Salesforce systems it points to pre-built connectors and APIs. No pricing is stated on the page.
