  • Decisioning Studio Go (beta) lets self-serve AI agents choose send times, creative and messaging per customer; Conversational Agents (beta) cover WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and web.
  • Agentic Standards for campaign QA arrive in October; Operator Connect (beta) links Operator to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.

Braze held its FORGE 2026 conference in Las Vegas, and its product announcements page is dated September 28, 2026.

What was announced

  • BrazeAI Operator. Now supports end-to-end Canvas journey building. A marketer describes a campaign in plain language; the AI identifies audiences, decides timing, drafts messages and builds a working Canvas.
  • Content Optimizer (available now). A Canvas step that generates and tests hundreds of subject line, copy and call-to-action combinations across email, push and SMS, moving volume to the winners. Braze cites Motorway as achieving “a 114% lift in click volume and a 37% increase in new valuations.”
  • Decisioning Studio Go (beta). Self-serve AI agents that choose send times, creative components and messaging for individual customers without a data science team.
  • Conversational Agents (beta). For WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and web, answering inbound messages with context from customer profiles and knowledge sources such as product catalogs and FAQs.
  • Also: Agentic Standards for automated campaign QA (October), Message Prioritization (available now), new Cloud Data Ingestion sources, Operator Connect (beta) for using Operator inside Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and Accounts and Surveys features.

Our read

The pattern across vendors is the same: describe a goal and let the system build the journey. That moves the effort to checking: does the audience make sense, are the messages on brand, is the frequency acceptable. Braze’s own answer is automated QA, due in October. Until then write your own checklist. Treat the Motorway figures as one customer’s reported result.
