Treasure AI announced Personalization Studio at its Agentic World 2026 conference, MarTech reported on October 6, 2026. It is part of the Personalization AI Suite in the company’s Agentic Experience Platform.

The product

  • A marketer-facing interface for building, launching and managing real-time website personalization.
  • It runs on Treasure AI’s unified customer data and real-time decisioning, combining batch profile data (audiences, loyalty status, purchase history) with real-time behavioral signals.
  • Chief product officer Rafa Flores said it lets marketers “build a campaign with personalization in 10 minutes” and argued a data warehouse cannot support real-time personalization alone.

The pricing

Treasure AI also introduced engagement-based pricing that ties email costs to customer actions such as clicks instead of the number of messages sent. CX Today reports one plan sets AI credit at 20,000 engagements instead of a million emails sent, with a guaranteed minimum 2% click rate against an industry benchmark of 1% to 1.5%. Flores described it as “betting on the click-through rate”.

Our read

These are vendor claims. Outcome pricing is only as good as its definitions: how an engagement is counted, whether automated clicks are filtered and what the remedy is if the guarantee is missed. Ask for all three in writing.
