What to watch
Other vendors' announcements about the same report, including Braze and Airship.

Bloomreach announced on October 5, 2026 that it had been recognized in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs. Other vendors, such as Braze and Airship, have also published their own announcements about the same report.

What Bloomreach says

  • In the companion 2026 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Multichannel Marketing Hubs, it is among the three highest scoring vendors in every use case.
  • It scored highest in the Conversational and Agent-Augmented Marketing use case and second in Real-Time Personalization and Decisioning.
  • It highlights a unified customer view that brings together warehouse, CDP and behavioural data across 175+ integrations; 17 native channels sharing suppression and consent rules; and AI agents that execute continuously through Loomi Connect.

Chief product officer Anirban Bardalaye: “We believe being among the three highest scoring vendors in every Use Case reflects what a multichannel marketing hub is meant to do: know the customer, decide what to send, and orchestrate it everywhere without your team stitching it together by hand.”

The release includes Gartner’s standard disclaimer that it does not endorse any vendor and that its reports are not statements of fact.

Our read

Treat a vendor’s summary of an analyst report as a marketing document. The Critical Capabilities scores by use case are the part to read: a hub that ranks first for conversational marketing may not suit a team that mainly needs journey orchestration. We saw no quadrant position in the release itself, so get the report and match its use cases to your needs.
