Results reported by Attentive

Frye US reported a 13% overall revenue lift from the AI Pro suite. Flag & Anthem reported a 28% increase in identified shoppers, 7% more sign-ups and 20% higher abandonment journey revenue. Eric Miao, Attentive’s chief strategy officer, is quoted: “Marketers now have endless data points… technology just wasn’t there until recently.”

Our read

Affinity and lifetime value are old marketing ideas, and what is new is having them computed inside the messaging platform. The beta label on three of five items means most teams should pilot rather than commit. Results from two brands in a vendor release are a prompt to test, so hold back a control group when you do.
