What to watch
Which channels are added, fees for fulfilment of non-Amazon orders, and Amazon's data-use terms.

On September 24, 2026, Amazon opened a set of multichannel selling tools in Seller Central, according to PPC Land.

What sellers can do

  • Connect eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop and Walmart accounts.
  • Import and link listings from those channels to matching Amazon products.
  • See orders from every connected channel in one order view.
  • Send orders from other channels to be fulfilled through Amazon’s network.

The tools are free to sellers and available to the US store only, with no European or wider rollout announced. Deployment is gradual over coming months, so many US sellers may not have access before the peak season. Amazon’s statement: “Amazon is working toward a future where Seller Central becomes the single place where independent sellers manage their entire business, not just their Amazon listings.”

Caveats from the report

  • One-edit listing updates and cross-channel profitability views are “coming later,” not available yet.
  • The data privacy commitment is limited to a footnote with little detail.
  • It is unclear whether AI-generated listing reformatting requires approval before publishing.

Our read

The offer is convenient: one place for orders, one fulfilment network. The cost is dependence. A seller who runs the whole business through Amazon’s console gives Amazon visibility into sales, traffic and ad spend elsewhere. Before connecting accounts, read the data terms, and keep your own record of cross-channel margins, because the profitability view is not live yet.
