Salesforce and Live Nation Entertainment announced at Dreamforce on September 16, 2026 that Live Nation is expanding its use of Agentforce to provide 24/7 fan support at U.S. venues, following a pilot at BottleRock Napa Valley.

The BottleRock pilot

  • Melody, an agentic festival guide built on Service Cloud, answered questions about set times and stage locations and kept conversation history for follow-ups.
  • It was built in under 30 days with a headless React architecture inside the BottleRock app.
  • During the 12-day launch window it logged over 37,000 fan interactions and 17,000 customer service sessions; 85% of fans got the answers they needed within three responses.

Venue Agent

Venue Agent answers questions on venue websites about parking, what to bring, accessible seating and door times. It is a single agent system built on Service Cloud and Data Cloud that picks the right venue’s information, so separate agents are not needed. Requests for a human, or questions outside its knowledge, go through Slack to a fan engagement team. Live Nation says 95% of Venue Agent’s questions are answered without a handoff, and its research found 78% of fans want guidance before a show.

Not stated

Pricing, the number of venues and a timeline beyond “across the U.S.”.

Our read

Company-reported, one festival. The design choice worth noting is the single agent with venue-specific data and a clear route to a person.
