In 60 seconds

  • Agent Hub (live, Starter+, credits) shows agents, workflows, flagged items and run history; HubSpot Work (public beta) is an AI-built workspace.
  • Campaign Agent (public beta, Professional/Enterprise) builds plans from plain-language goals; Content Agent costs 1,000 credits (about $10) per auto-created asset.
  • Nurture Agent (public beta) personalises nurture emails at send time for 10 credits (about $0.10) each; HubSpot's testing showed the biggest lift on emails already performing well.
  • Notetaker with Smart Deal Progression is live; custom properties cost 10 credits per property per transcript.

Tyler Samani-Sprunk, cofounder of Simple Strat, summarised HubSpot’s Unbound 2026 in a MarTech article published October 16, 2026. He says it “was less about brand-new HubSpot features and more about adding power and polish to existing ones”.

Main stage announcements (as reported)

  • Agent Hub (live, all Hubs, Starter+, credits): a central place to view agents, workflows, flagged items and run history.
  • HubSpot Work (public beta, Starter+, credits): an AI-built workspace; its projects and tasks are separate from HubSpot’s Projects and Tasks records.
  • Notetaker with Smart Deal Progression (live, Sales and Service Hubs): pre-meeting summaries, suggested CRM updates and draft follow-ups; custom properties cost 10 credits per property per transcript.
  • Marketing Studio (public beta, Professional/Enterprise): rebuilt around AI insights and cross-campaign ROI reporting.
  • Campaign Agent (public beta, credits): campaign plans from plain-language goals; Content Agent costs 1,000 credits (about $10) per auto-created asset.
  • Nurture Agent (public beta, credits): personalises nurture emails at send time for 10 credits (about $0.10) per email.

Other updates

Churn Risk (live), a marketing contact cap (live), Reddit ads reporting (public beta), SharePoint and OneDrive links (public beta), Targeted Pages (private beta) and dashboard sections and a unified report builder (private beta). Recorded meetings now create only a meeting record, not a call record, so some workflows may need updates.

Caveats

Many AI features consume credits, so costs can add up. HubSpot Work is early and not yet a replacement for dedicated project management tools. HubSpot’s October 15 pricing changes are covered separately.
