No-cost inclusion does not make the CRM free; one outlet lists the Lite plan at EUR 14 per seat per month billed annually.

In 60 seconds
- Nova became generally available worldwide on September 16, 2026 and is included in all Pipedrive plans at no additional cost.
- Before a call it builds a briefing from CRM records, emails, calendar entries and recent activity.
- Capture uses a visible notetaker in Google Meet, Zoom or Teams, or a desktop app that records system audio without a bot joining.
- After calls it suggests CRM changes such as deal stage, value and expected close date; nothing is saved until a salesperson approves.
Impact Layer
- What changed
- Meeting notes and CRM updates are being built into entry-level CRM plans rather than sold separately.
- Why it matters
- Conversation intelligence was a premium add-on at larger vendors; SMB tools are now including it, which raises the baseline.
- Who is affected
- Small and mid-sized sales teams, especially those on Pipedrive.

- What to watch
- Whether other SMB CRMs follow with included meeting intelligence.
Pipedrive’s Nova, an AI meeting assistant, became generally available worldwide on September 16, 2026. Pipedrive says it is included in all plans at no extra cost, with no setup required.
What it does
- Before a call: builds a briefing from CRM records, emails, calendar entries and recent activity.
- During the call: a visible notetaker joins Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams, or a desktop app captures system audio without a bot joining.
- After the call: produces a transcript and summary and suggests CRM changes such as deal stage, deal value and expected close date. Salespeople review, edit and approve every change before it is saved.
Customer claim
Snug, an Australian proptech company, piloted Nova and says it saves its six-person sales team between 30 minutes and one hour per sales meeting.
Cost
Inclusion at no extra cost does not make the CRM itself free. One outlet lists the Lite plan at EUR 14 per seat per month when billed annually, excluding VAT.
Our read
The approval step matters: suggested CRM changes from transcripts can be wrong. Keep human review on, and check local rules on recording consent before using the notetaker.
