On September 18, 2026, Taboola announced an offer to acquire Dianomi, a network focused on financial advertising. Taboola said it expects to complete the transaction before the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approval and approval by Dianomi’s shareholders. The announcement we reviewed did not state a price.

What Dianomi brings

Dianomi works with more than 600 advertisers and publishers. Taboola names Reuters, CNN Business, The Times and The Wall Street Journal as publishers, and Charles Schwab, Invesco and Bank of America as advertisers. The deal fits into Taboola’s Realize platform, which the company runs for advertisers.

Adam Singolda, Taboola’s chief executive, is the executive named in the announcement.

Why finance

Financial advertisers pay well for audiences that read business and market news, and their category comes with compliance requirements that make placement quality important. Dianomi’s value is in relationships with premium publishers and with finance brands, which are hard to build quickly. Buying them is the faster route.

Our read

For most marketers outside finance this is a background story. For financial-services advertisers it is a reminder to ask where their ads will run after the deal and whether the premium placements that attracted them to Dianomi remain. For publishers in the network, the question is whether revenue terms and brand-safety controls change after a move to a larger platform. We will update this article once approvals are granted.
