Qualtrics announced new capabilities across its Customer Experience suite at X4 on March 18, 2026, and says they are available now.

What is new

  • Omnichannel Experience Management brings feedback from surveys, contact centres, digital interactions, online reviews and social channels into one system. Point-and-click connectors link Genesys, NICE and Salesforce.
  • Social listening for Facebook and Instagram, and automated text analytics for organising feedback.
  • Experience Agents for real-time issue resolution.

Claims

Qualtrics says deployment is four times faster than earlier solutions, weeks rather than months, and that automated text analytics cuts classification from weeks to hours. It says TruGreen resolved 51% of customer concerns within the first week and cut escalations by more than 30%. James Bauman of TruGreen: “We’re shifting from reacting to escalations, to resolving issues in the moment.” These are Qualtrics’ claims.

Our read

The change is from measuring experience to acting on it. Connectors to contact centre systems matter because call data is where complaints are recorded. Treat the speed and resolution figures as the vendor’s, ask what part of “weeks rather than months” depends on services, and let agents handle low-risk issues first.
